After you make a purchase on YourContour.com, a confirmation screen will appear with your order details. An order confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you registered using My Account. If you do not have a YourContour.com account, the order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified during the Guest checkout process. Returns can be made for up to 7 business days after the online purchase date.Following our receipt of your return, refunds are be processed within approximately 3-5 business days.
YourContour.com will cover the return shipping costs for damaged items or incorrect orders (including incorrectly shipped sizes, colors, or styles, but not including partially shipped orders due to stock shortages) only.Please note, YourContour.com does not refund shipping charges for international orders whose delivery is refused.
To return a product purchased from website Yourcontour.com, simply send the product, and the completed Return Form that was included with your package, to the address below. YourContour.com currently offers shipping services to the following locations: The United States 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, select U.S. territories, including American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO military addresses, and Worldwide.
Orders placed on YourContour.com, for in-stock merchandise, will usually ship within 7 business days after the order has been placed. When using standard shipping, most packages will then typically arrive on your doorstep within 10-15 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Holidays.
